Chery automobiles have officially launched the new variant of Tiggo 4 Pro through the authorized distributor- SPG Automobiles in Nepal. Chery Automobile Co. Ltd. is a globalized automobile brand situated in China that was found in 1997.
Presently, the Tiggo 4 Pro comes with three different variants in Nepal including Non-Turbo MT, Non-Turbo CVT, and Turbo CVT. With this, a more affordable MT variant in Nepal is introduced.
Furthermore, Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Non-Turbo MT variant is available in two engine options including 1.5L Petrol and 1.5L Turbocharged Petrol. The 1.5L Petrol engine generates a max power of 85PS at 5500rpm and a max torque of 142Nm at 4000rpm.
The engine of Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Non-Turbo MT is mated to either a 5-Speed Manual or 9-Speed CVT transmission. Also, the Tiggo 4 Pro mileage starts at 14.08 kmpl and goes up to 16.14 kmpl according to the company. It has six-speed electric adjustment function.
This new car has a host of magnificient features including crystal lens LED headlights with G-type DRLs, LED tail lamps, a muscular bonnet, LED fog lamps, faux silver skid plates, a diamond intake grille, an electric sunroof and a 7-inch LCD instrumentation panel.
Regarding safety, new Tiggo 4 Pro comes with 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ABS with EBD, Traction Control System (TCS), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA), Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Roll Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist, Direct Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and windows with an anti-pinch feature.
In addition, it is equipped with large 10.25-inch floating infotainment system supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Also, it is available in three different colors: Red, Silver, and Grey.
In the Nepalese market, Tiggo 4 Pro Non-Turbo MT Variant will compete against Hyundai Venue, Skoda Kushaq, Kia Sonet, Volkswagen Taigun and Nissan Kicks.
