Samsung had announced about Galaxy watch Series at its Galaxy Unpacked event Last August. Meanwhile, the rumors of the new lineup have now begun to surface online.

Rumors of the Galaxy Watch 5 Series suggest that Samsung is readying the Galaxy Watch 5 series without the “Classic” model. The Sammobile has revealed that the Galaxy Watch 5 will not feature a Classic model. There are chances of two variants of the forthcoming wristwatch but this will include Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
Design
Galaxy Watch 5 Series retains the circular shape of its predecessor. There are a few modifications in this year’s model specifically in Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
Blass, a well-known leaker, has shared 3D renderings of the Galaxy Watch 5 lineup via 91mobiles. It shows that the Pro edition does away with the rotating bezel in favor of what is referred to as the “Digital Bezel.”

There is a new magnetic strap with two buttons on the right edge with red accent. It is expected to release in a single 45mm size with black and grey titanium colorways.

It is rumored to come in two sizes, 44mm and 40mm with a familiar design like that of Galaxy Watch 4. However, it is expected to have greater color options like pink gold, graphite, silver or blue.

According to 91mobiles, both watches run One UI Watch 4.5 on WearOS 3.5. Furthermore, it will use Sapphire Crystal for protection rather than Gorilla Glass DX+. It also features LTE connection as well as GPS and 5ATM water resistance.

It is expected to be powered by the same Exynos W920 processor as last year. It might have 1.5GB memory and 16GB internal storage and the RAM and storage configuration might to remain the same as before. There could be a bigger battery instead. The vanilla Watch 5 will have a 398mAh battery, and the Watch 5 Pro will sport a bigger 572mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Series Price (Unofficial)
There haven’t been any rumors or leakage on behalf of Galaxy Watch 5 series’ price yet. Nevertheless, XDA Developers expect the regular variant of the Galaxy Watch 5 to cost the same as the non-Classic Watch 4 devices. However, the sapphire glass and titanium may give a price hike for 5 Pro.
