Ltd., a sister company of the official distributor of Xiaomi in Nepal Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd. and a subsidiary of the Nepali industrial conglomerate Sharda Group owns the brand.

Also, IoT Incorporation is the national distributor of Fitbit, Mobvoi, Ezviz, HP, Hikvision and Kingsmith products in Nepal.
