Yamaha FZS V3.0 FI BS6 Officially Launched in Nepal

Yamaha Motor has officially launched the FZS V3.0 FI BS6 in Nepal. Yamaha has confirmed that the new FZS V3.0 FI BS6 comes with 30% higher power in comparison to the previous model while fuel economy stands at 55.42 km/l.

The authorized distributor of Yamaha bikes in Nepal, MAW Enterprise, has confirmed the launch of its much-anticipated FI offerings FZS V3.0 FI BS6 in Yamaha’s motorbike lineup in the Nepalese market. This is the claimed ARAI mileage for all variations of the FZS-FI V3.

Yamaha FZS V3.0 FI BS6 comes with a shiny chrome finish. It has a well-fitted two-level seat and is also fully overhauled and cushioned. It has an LED taillight, LED flashers, an LED headlight, Bluetooth connectivity, a multi-function LCD instrument cluster, and a tire hugging rear mudguard, a lower engine guard, colored alloy wheels, and a dual-tone seat. The LED headlamp delivers great visibility over a wide range that includes a reflector with excellent light projection and separate high and low beam bulbs.

Furthermore, The bike weighs 135 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13 liters. For engine, it has an air-cooled 4-stroke 149cc SOHC, 2-valve, single-cylinder fuel-injected “BLUE CORE” engine that produces 12.4 horsepower at 7250 rpm and 13.3 torque at 5500 rpm. The fuel injection system’s ignition timing and injection are fully overhauled compared to the previous model. The bike comes with a single disc on both wheels including a single-channel ABS. The suspension is covered by a telescopic front fork and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock.

Yamaha FZS V3.0 FI BS6 is available in two variants – Standard and Dlx BS6. The FZS-Fi Dlx version has three colour options namely Metallic Deep Red, Metallic Black and Solid Gray while the standard model is available in Matte Red and Matte Blue.

Prices and Rivalry

Pricetag for the bike starts at NRs. 3.94 lakhs in Nepal. It will rival against Suzuki Gixxer 155, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V ABS, and Bajaj Pulsar 160 ABS in the market.
