Kathmandu, Yeti Airlines Ltd has appointed NIMB Ace Capital Ltd as the Issue and Sales Manager for the proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares to the general public. Yeti Airlines Ltd is one of Nepal’s leading private domestic airline operators, providing air transportation services across the country.
The company has been consistently delivering safe, reliable, and high- quality services, operating regular flights to major urban as well as remote destinations. It has also been playing a significant role in enhancing air connectivity and supporting regional accessibility across Nepal. The agreement regarding the appointment was signed between the two parties with Mr. Anup Acharya, Chief Financial Officer of Yeti Airlines Ltd, and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NIMB Ace Capital Ltd.
